Dear Readers, welcome to the summer issue of our newsletter! After our successful start to the year at “didacta”, the vocational training and education sector’s most important trade show in the German-speaking world, things continued in positive fashion for us at various trade shows around the globe. 

The Central American Republic of Honduras is one of the poorer countries in the region. That is exactly why both the government and private investors are investing heavily in improving the population’s education opportunities. Lucas-Nülle is supporting the leading private university “Universidad Technologica de Honduras (UTH)” in its efforts to provide first-class technical training to its students.

The new Auto Diagnostics Trainer (ADT) from Lucas-Nülle allows trainees to develop and internalise strategies for successful automotive diagnostic analysis and fault repair in a training programme before they do this on a real vehicle. ADT is a simulation of an internal combustion engine and all the necessary diagnostic tools and instruments based on precise mathematical models.

Instructors and vocational teachers tested the drive technology training equipment in the Lucas-Nülle training rooms in Kerpen.
The participants in the Lucas-Nülle “Drive technology” seminar in Kerpen had clear expectations: they came in order to experience the practical application of the Lucas-Nülle Servo machine test bench in Learning Field 8 of the process engineering professions. The focus here is on modern drives and therefore particularly on frequency converters.

March is a time of new beginnings – at least for Knut Ullenboom and Wolfgang Pietsch. Almost coinciding with the start of spring, they took over sales in the eastern German states. As a result, Lucas-Nülle GmbH now has a sales team with two consultants in this region for the first time. Talking to the experienced sales duo you get the impression that they are only available as a pair – the two men have known each other since they were at university together.

Microprocessors are constantly moving into new fields of application and it is hard to imagine everyday life without them. In intelligent houses, they control the garage door and monitor room temperature and lighting. They are also used in medical technology and industrial machinery.

In addition to its innovative training equipment, Lucas-Nülle GmbH also develops and sells a full matching range of laboratory technology, covering laboratory furniture as well as electrical power and networking systems. The fact that these provide a solid basis for all classroom exercises and experiments has recently been confirmed by the award of the GS safety certificate by the technical inspection agency TÜV Thüringen.
